Ofada rice is locally farmed and harvested using age old traditional methods with no chemicals in the village of Ofada, Ogun State, South West of Nigeria. Milled and packed in the UK.

Ofada rice is one of the healthiest types of wild rice. It is short in size with brown and red stripes. It is unrefined and unpolished. Ofada rice is very nutrient dense with high amounts of vitamins and minerals. It is gluten-free and low in calories, suitable for those on different forms of diets. It has an earthy smell and as it has not gone through processing like white rice, retains all of its nutritional benefits.

We have taken our time to stonegrind this gift from mother earth to give you this 100 percent ofada flour which can be used in so many ways.
